Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed Monday through Friday during business hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). If an order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed the following business day. Please allow up to 48  hours for us to process your order. During high volume times, it may take up to 72 hours to process your order.

If you need to make changes to the address on your order, please notify us through email within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once your payment clears, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been processed (this may take up to 48 hours).

You will receive an email to indicate that your order has been shipped. This email will include your tracking number.

If your billing address and shipping address are different, you may be asked to provide additional information.

We are only able to provide domestic (U.S). Shipping at this time, but we are working very hard to be able to ship to our beauties all over the world!

 

RETURN POLICY

Due to product types, all sales are final and cannot be returned (unless the product is defective).

If a product is damaged or defective (manufacturing damage), we will replace your item free of charge (you must cover shipping fees) once you provide photo evidence of the damage. We cannot replace or exchange used items.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
